Introduction to Wild Food Recipes

I’ve been eating wild foods since my farmer parents pulled weeds from the veggie garden and I ate the weeds.
Dandelion, purslane, plantain, chickweed – later I added acorns, cattails (not my logo image by accident), burdock and other plants to my diet.
Sharing wild food recipes gets easier as my favorite organic farmers and local specialty foods markets are now selling these “weeds” in addition to cultivated vegetables.
