Avocado Salad Dressing

* 1 Avocado
* 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
* 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
* 2 teaspoons Salsa
* 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
* Salt And Pepper — To Taste

Directions:

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Peel. Put the avocado pulp in
a food processor along with the lemon juice, vinegar, salsa and
mustard. Blend to a smooth, creamy texture. Season with salt and
pepper. Scoop into a storage jar. Chill before serving. Stir to blend
before serving.
