Broccoli Cheese soup

1 large bunch broccoli, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed

Cook broccoli for 10 minutes. Saute onion in butter. When soft, add flour and stir. Add milks, water, and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Cook until thickened. Add cheese. Stur until melted. Add broccoli and turn down heat.
