Fish Stick Enchiladas

Ingredients

8 Crunchy Golden Fish Sticks

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small onion, chopped

1 can (4.5 oz) chopped chilies

1 (8 oz) container sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, divided

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Method: Preheat over to 375°.

In a large bowl, mix soup, onion, chilies, sour cream, and ˝ cup cheese.

Place a frozen Fish Stick in center of a tortilla. Place 2 Tbsp of sauce along the

side of the stick, roll tortilla, and place seam down in a rectangular

casserole dish. Make 8 wrapped tortillas. Spread remainder of sauce on top of

tortillas.

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining ˝ cup of cheese on top and

cook 5 more minutes.
