Taco Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mic
1 can (11 oz.) Green Giant MexiCorn, undrained
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
4 cups Tater Tots
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, for topping, optional 
Salsa and sour cream, for garnish, optional

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Sauté ground beef with taco seasoning mix according to package directions.

Spoon meat mixture into an ungreased 9″ x 13″ baking dish or 2 quart
casserole.

Spoon corn over meat mixture.  Spread soup over corn.

Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over soup.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and mixture
is bubbly.

Remove from oven and spread cheese on the top.  Return pan to oven for
an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.

Serves 4.
