Could someone help me. Received my first starter 10 days ago. Baking at 5am. I'm looking for a white bread recipe using this starter. Found one but is just flour to make a soft ball and does not specify an amount. This recipe uses instant potatoes and makes 2 loaves. If amyone could help I would be ever so grateful. Thanks!

For those of you who were wandering about using pumpkin--I experimented this last week. I do can my own pumpkin and so it is just a little bit more watery than store bought pumpkin. So I added a l pint jar for the 2 loaves and about an extra 1/4 cup flour to make up for the extra liquid in it. It did not work- baked it for almost 1 1/2 hours, let it cool and sliced it and it looked raw--it was done but it had the look of being raw and very very heavy.
