Hawaiian Wedding Cake I

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup chopped walnuts

3/4 cup flaked coconut

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13

inch pan.

2 In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs,

pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared

pan.

3 Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
