AMISH MACARONI SALAD RECIPE

4 c. macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. Oleo
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Mustard
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 onion
4 hard boiled eggs

Boil water, vinegar, and oleo. Add eggs and sugar; bring to a boil
stirring constantly. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients mix with rest of ingredients.
