Benoit’s Crab Dip

1 medium onion , chopped fine

1 small bell pepper , chopped fine

2 ribs of celery , chopped fine

1/4 lb. butter

1 lb. crabmeat , cleaned

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce

1 sm. jar chopped pimentos

Season to taste with salt , red pepper and garlic powder

1/2 cup green onion tops , chopped

1/4 cup parsley , chopped

Cook onions , bell pepper , and celery in butter until tender . Add crabmeat , soup , cream cheese , Worcestershire sauce , pimentos and seasonings . Cook 30 minutes ; add green onion tops and parsley . Serves 15
