servings | 1
estimated POINTS per serving | 4
course | Breakfast
Ingredients
3/4 cups strawberries 2 Tbsp fat-free cream cheese 2 slices reduced-calorie
bread 2 items egg white(s) 1/4 cup fat-free milk 3 tsp Splenda No Calorie
Sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
Instructions
Wash & slice fresh strawberries. Sprinkle with Slenda to taste. Mix ff cream
cheese with Splenda to taste & a couple of drops of vanilla extract. Set both
aside. Whisk egg whites & ff milk together until frothy. Dip bread slices one
at a time into egg mixture until all is soaked up. Spray non-stick pan with
Pam & cook over medium low heat until golden & a little crispy. (DO NOT COOK TOO
FAST…if you do the middle will not get done.) Place one slice of toast on
plate, layer on cream cheese & some of the strawberries. Top with other slice
of toast, strawberries, & ff Cool Whip. Yummmm! You could use a whole egg or
egg beaters in place of the white if you wanted to. Just make the neccessary
point changes. v
