9 taco shells or 1 (12 oz.) bag taco chips
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken & rice soup
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes & green chilies

Crush taco shells or chips in bowl. Place layer of chips in bottom
of greased 1 qt. casserole. Sprinkle layer of chicken over chips.
Pour several spoonfuls soup over chicken layer. Sprinkle w/layer of
cheese. Pour several spoonfuls tomato & green chili mixture over
cheese layer. Repeat layering process until all ingredients are
used. Top casserole w/additional grated cheese if desired. Bake 25
mins. at 350 F.
This can be prepared ahead & refrigerated before baking. It freezes
well before & after baking.
4-6 servings.
