Impossible Beef And Mushroom Pie 

1 lb ground beef
4 1/2 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drain
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 eggs
3/4 cup bisquick
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 400º Grease pie plate, 10×1 1/2 “. Cook and stir ground beef,
mushrooms, onion and garlic in skillet until beef is
brown. Drain. Spread in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15
seconds in blender on high or 1 minutes with hand beater.
Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean,
30-35 minutes. Garnish with parsley. 6-8 servings.
