RHUBARB Recipes - RHUBARB CRISP Recipe 

1 cup flour
¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
red food coloring

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Press half of mixture in 9 inch
baking pan. Cover with rhubarb. Combine remaining ingredients
and cook until clear. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbly mixture.
Bake one hour at 350°.
