Crockpot Brunswick Soup

 

  • 8 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 can (15-ounce size) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 can (16-ounce size) cream-style com
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.

In prepared container, combine browned meat, onion, and chicken. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well to combine. Stir in corn, Worces­tershire sauce, black pepper, and parsley flakes. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
