Chicken Recipes – Simple Chinese Chicken
6-8 chicken pieces
3/4 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbs white vinegar
1 tbs instant onion flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
 
Place chicken in a 13x 9″ baking dish. Combine ketchup & next 6 ingredients.
 
Stir well & pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done, turning chicken over after 45 minutes, & basting occasionally.
